					<description><![CDATA[I made this two nights ago after coming out of a marathon 4-hour job interview. My plan was traditional baked spaghetti but my brain was too mushy to even think about assembling my regular recipe. I had my daughter brown the meat, I already had a bag of cabbage for a meal later in the week, and since I already had ricotta cheese, I just mixed the beef in with the ricotta and layered the rest as instructed. It was a huge hit, even with the girl, who does not really care for the texture of ground beef.

Also, I got the job. A truly successful day in my book!]]></description>
