Here’s another easy and delicious cinnamon roll hack! It’s the 4 ingredient blueberry buckle! This sweet treat tastes like if cinnamon roll and bread pudding had a baby. You’re going to love it!

LORAfied Cinnamon Blueberry Buckle

 

Ingredients:

1 can cinnamon rolls, 5 count, large
8oz cream cheese
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)

 

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375F
Spray baking pan (I used a 9×9 dish)
Cut rolls into 6 pieces each
Spread on bottom of pan
Sprinkle blueberries on top
Whisk softened cream cheese & brown sugar together
Pour over rolls and blueberries, gently stir to incorporate
Bake approx.
