Today I’m sharing a crazy pound cake hack using simple ingredients you already have! This was the King’s favorite back in Tupelo Mississippi. It’s the king of pound cakes!

LORAfied Pound Cake Hack

Ingredient:
2 sticks (1 cup) butter, softened
3 cups sifted cake flour (sift before measuring)
3/4 teaspoon salt
3 cups sugar
7 large eggs (room temperature)
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 cup heavy cream

 

Directions:
*DO NOT PREHEAT OVEN*
1.) Using a mixer, whip butter and sugar together for 5-8 mins until creamy.
