Grilled Apple “Pie” 

Serves 4-6 People

Apple Filling:
2 apples, peeled and diced
2 tsp lemon juice
2 tsp cornstarch
2 Tbsp granulated sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tbsp cold butter, cut into pieces
1-2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
