Did you know you need to wash your bed pillows? The recommendation is 2-4 times a year. Here’s a laundry hack that will guide you to know how & when to do it!

First, make sure they’re washable. Then, add them at least 2 at a time with a tablespoon of mild detergent. Select Cool or Warm in the gentle cycle.

Then, give the pillows a little shake and toss them in the dryer with some laundry or tennis balls.
