🍔 McDONALD’S DIET HACK: LOW CARB BIG ARCH 🤩
Have you heard about McDonald’s new burger? Well, new to us here in America… Mickey D’s has been taste testing it in a good chunk of Europe and Canada for a while. Getting any nutritional breakdown on this one was a McDoozy 😵💫 It took me some time, especially figuring out the calorie and carb count on that toasted sesame and poppy seed bun, but I FINALLY found some deet’s on that component thanks to mcmenuprices.com out of the UK 🏴 & Ireland 🇮🇪 Get ready to screenshot my orders complete with their calorie and carb breakdowns because you’re not going to find this specific info anywhere else…McDonald’s certainly isn’t going to share it as this is their highest calorie and carb laden burger yet 😳 Not to worry, I’ve hacked the Big Arch for ya so you can try it without blowing your diet 🥳

1 beef patty: 220 calories, 18 grams protein, 0 carbs
1 slice of white cheddar processed cheese: 50 calories, 3 grams protein, 0 carbs
1 toasted sesame and poppy seed bun: 212 calories, 38 carbs, 7 grams protein

Although the new Big Arch burger looks delicious, the nutritional facts on this guy are something else. This new McDonald’s burger comes in at 1,020 calories, 59 carbs, and 53 grams of protein. You could have almost 2 big macs for one of these! If you want to try the big arch without all the calories and carbs, try these two low carb versions I put together.

For this first low carb option, all I’ve done is removed the bun and 1 slice of cheese. This brings the big arch burger down to 758 calories, 43g of protein, and 21 carbs!
This second option is my personal favorite way to eat this guy. I removed the bun, 1 slice of cheese, and one of the burger patties. We’ve still got a quarter pounder of beef and all of the goodness. The Thanksgiving onions are my favorite part of this and totally worth the carbs! The zesty sauce is also great… it’s like the Big Mac sauce with a kick! This guy comes down to 538 calories, 25g of protein, and 21g of carbs.
