Do you have a smelly washing machine problem? Today I am showing you a super easy way to make your washing machine smell amazing!
LORAfied Smelly Washing Machine Hack?
Washing Machine Cleaner:
1/4 cup baking soda
1/4 cup water
2 cups distilled white vinegar
Mix baking soda and water, pour in your machine’s detergent dispenser.
Next, pour the white vinegar directly into the drums of your machine. Run a regular cycle on hot.
If your machine still smells, wipe the interior down with a solution of equals part water and white vinegar.
When not in use, leave the lid to your machine open until the drum is dry.

Low Carb Diet Hacks: The Best Easy-to-Make Low Carb Bread
Is bread what you really want for breakfast? For a nostalgic breakfast without the carbs, try this low carb bread hack! This English muffin only has 4 ingredients and takes just 90 seconds in the microwave.
LORAfied Low Carb Bread Hack: English Muffin
INGREDIENTS:
⅓ cup almond flour
½ teaspoon baking powder
1 medium egg
1 TBSP butter, melted
DIRECTIONS:
It is so easy! Mix almond flour, baking powder and egg together with a fork until it forms a thick batter.
Pour melted butter into ramekin or large mug. Next, add mix in and smooth it out. Microwave 90 seconds.

That’s it! Toast and butter, if desired.
For the nut-free Version:
2 tbsp coconut flour
1 large egg
1/8 tsp baking powder
2 TBSP milk, any kind
Mix everything together, grease ramekin and microwave 90 seconds.

How to Make My Low Carb Diet Pumpkin Spice Cheesecake
This is the pumpkin spice dessert you have been waiting for! Today I’m sharing a quick and easy no bake, low carb pumpkin spice cheesecake! Even better, this recipe is zero guilt! Did I mention it is no bake?!
LORAfied Pumpkin Spice Cheesecake ?
Ingredients
Filling:
8 oz. softened cream cheese
¾ cup pumpkin puree
½ cup brown sugar substitute, I use Lakanto
½ teaspoon cinnamon
½ – 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1 cup heavy whipping cream
Crust:
1 ½ cups nuts (before chopping), I used a mix of pecans & walnuts
1 tablespoon brown sugar substitute
½ teaspoon cinnamon
Directions:
In a bowl, blend cream cheese, pumpkin and brown sugar substitute. Add spices and vanilla, mix until combined
Pour in cream and whip for 5 minutes
Set filling aside
Add nuts, brown sugar & cinnamon to your food processor and chop until the consistency of a graham cracker crust.
Divide crust among 8 jars, pat down, top with filling and refrigerate until set. Add toppings of choice!

Remember being a kid and trying to sneak cookie dough out of the bowl before it had a chance to hit the oven? Ah yes, back when eating raw eggs wasn’t alarming and our metabolism was so high it didn’t matter ? If you miss that guilt free feeling my EASY 6 INGREDIENT HACK is for you! And it all happens in 1 BOWL ? NO COOKING, NO BAKING, NO ADDED SUGAR!
Here’s the best news, this is packed with SO MUCH PROTEIN it’s almost impossible to eat the entire bowl because it fills you up fast! And only about $2. for the entire recipe, cheaper than a protein bar or muffin ?
LORAfied Low Carb + High Protein Cookie Dough
1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
1 tbsp Almond Flour
10-15 drops Stevia
2 Tbsp. Peanut Butter
1/4 c Yogurt
1 Tbsp Chocolate Chips
Start by mixing your peanut butter and yogurt to create that cookie dough feel.
Next, add in the almond flour and your favorite vanilla protein powder to add that texture we are looking for. Finally, to add the sweetness without adding carbs, add a few drops of liquid stevia. Stir all together!
Now that we have this base, you can eat it just like this if you wanted, but I’m going to add in those chocolate chips. I’m a dark chocolate gal, and they also have the lowest carbs, so that’s what I went with, but any chips work here!
‘This ENTIRE bowl (which I’ve never been able to finish in one sitting) comes in at 15 carbs, which is equivalent to about 4-6 balls of regular cookie dough. It also has 36 grams of protein, and it will fill ya up fast!

The Easiest Way to Clean a Glass Shower Door
In this post, I’m sharing how to get rid of water stains on glass shower doors! The good news is, you only need 2 products. The dynamic duo – vinegar and baking soda!
Shower Door Paste ?✨
1 1/2 cups distilled vinegar
1/2 – 1 cup baking soda



Use a large bowl to mix as the baking soda will foam when it comes into contact with the vinegar. Wait for the bubbling to stop before applying.



Apply to shower door, let it sit for 15 minutes, scrub it and rinse off. Now just buff to shine!

The Best 5 Ingredient Gooey Pumpkin Spice Cake
Looking for the perfect fall dessert? Then you’ll LOVE this pumpkin cake! This recipe super easy and only 5 ingredients!
LORAfied Gooey Pumpkin Spice Cake ??
Ingredients:
1 box vanilla cake mix
1 can puréed pumpkin (15 oz.)
1 Tbsp. pumpkin pie spice (more or less to taste)
1 jar caramel sauce (approx. 8 oz.)
1 container whipped topping of choice or fresh whipped cream
*Optional: chopped nuts, such as pecans and butterscotch chips
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350F
Whip together cake mix, pumpkin and spice
Bake 25 minutes
Cool
Poke entire cake with fork
Pour jar of caramel over the top, filling holes
Cover with whipped topping, adding nuts if desired
Store in refrigerator, even better the next day ?

BYA: 2 Ways You Can Remove Toilet Bowl Rings
Because You Asked: how to do you stop those dreaded toilet bowl rings from forming? I’m sharing 2 different methods for you to try!
LORAfied BYA: How To Remove Toilet Bowl Rings
Option 1:
Add 1 cup of white vinegar to a cleaned toilet. Allow it to soak for a few minutes. Sprinkle a cup of baking soda, plus another 2 cups of white vinegar, it will foam and bubble on contact. Soak 10 minutes
Scrub and let soak another 30 minutes.
Rinse throughly.
Option 2:
In a gallon of water, mix in 1-2 tablespoons of bleach.
Starting at the top of the bowl, pour in a circular motion until entire gallon is emptied into the bowl. Set timer 10-15 minutes, no longer, as prolonged bleach exposure can etch your bowl. Rinse really well. Repeat as needed until your ring is gone.
Anytime you’re using bleach, make sure you have proper ventilation.

If you don’t have a good pot roast recipe in your cookbook, you’re about to! Today I’m sharing the world’s easiest 5 ingredient pot roast recipe. It’s a low carb, keto & budget friendly 1 pot wonder!
LORAfied Mississippi Mud Roast
Ingredients:
3-5 lb chuck roast
Au Jus Gravy or 1 packet any brown gravy
1 packet ranch seasoning
1 stick butter
5-6 pepperoncini’s
*optional: drizzle with about 1/4 cup of pepperoncini juice, to add a little spice.
Directions:
Layer ingredients in the order listed above, no need to sear or brown the roast, just place it in raw.
Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours.
Shred and serve over mashed potatoes, pasta, rice or enjoy plain.

The Best Pumpkin Spice Beer Bread Recipe
Here’s my 6 ingredient pumpkin spice beer bread recipe for folks who don’t even like pumpkin! It’s an easy dump & bake recipe that’s also budget-friendly!
LORAfied Pumpkin Spice Beer Bread???
Ingredients:
3 cups all purpose flour
1/4 cup sugar
4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1/3 cup pumpkin puree (I use canned)
1 beer (12 oz. can, any flavor)
2 Tbsp. melted butter (optional)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375F
Mix all dry ingredients together
Stir in pumpkin and beer
Batter will be dense and sticky
Pour into prepared pan, top with melted butter, if desired
Bake 45-50 minutes. Note: The beer bakes out, so it’s safe for all ages to eat. You can substitute a non-alcoholic beer, gluten free beer or a can of soda, like root beer, ginger ale or orange pop.
