Tip #1: Ask for a corner room.
Corner rooms are often larger and quieter — and sometimes even come with better views. I scored a huge upgrade just by asking at check-in. No extra cost, just way more space!

Tip #2: Stay Between the 2nd and 6th Floors
For both safety and convenience, aim to book a room between the 2nd and 6th floors. These levels are typically within reach of fire truck ladders in case of an emergency.

My Butter Swim Biscuit Hack!

🤩💛 BISCUIT HACK: BUTTER SWIM BISCUITS 🧈🏊‍♀️

Did you grow up eating biscuits? I sure did! All kinds: buttermilk, canned, rolled…you name it! And to this day, when a waiter asks if I’d like toast, a muffins or biscuit, my answer is always the same: BISCUITS 🤗
I cannot wait for you to make these! Truly the BEST and EASIEST biscuit have EVER! If you love biscuits but hate to bake, this biscuit hack is for you.

Butter Swim Biscuits
5 Ingredients + a lil’ salt 😉
2 1/2 cups Flour (all purpose)
4 tsp. Baking Powder
1 Tbsp. Sugar
2 tsp. Salt
2 cups Buttermilk or Regular milk (just make sure your milk is whole fat)
1 stick of butter, melted

Now, it’s time to make ’em! Zero cooking skills are needed- no yeast, no kneading, no rising, no nothing! Start by preheating your oven to 450F. First, we mix! Mix all ingredients, except for the butter, adding milk last. Stir until combined, making sure to not over mix the batter!

Next up comes the fun part! Melt your butter and pour into an 8” x 8” pan. Using a large spoon, drop the lumpy batter on top of the melted butter and spread. Cut into a 9 square grid pattern letting butter seep in between the cuts.

Finally, bake for 20 – 28 mins! Time will vary based on your oven (mine are done in 20)
Let the butter soak into biscuits before serving 😍

The Best Easter Egg Hack Ever!

🤩🥚EASTER EGG HACK: Color & Cook AT THE SAME TIME 🤯

Since egg prices are still crazy expensive, this year I’m coloring fewer and I’m going to make them works of art! You won’t believe how EASY these are and how GORGEOUS these Easter eggs are in person! My husband, Scooter, who has never commented on Easter eggs can’t stop talking about these, they are that INCREDIBLE 😍 This year your Easter eggs are going to look as expensive as they are!

The best part of this hack? We are going to cook and color the eggs at the same time! It’s so easy- we even start with raw eggs. You are going to take one and wrap it around a piece of silk fabric. Now just follow this with an outer layer of muslin- this will keep it from bleeding onto the other eggs.

Next, place your covered eggs into a pot of water with 3-6 Tablespoons of vinegar. Turn on the stove and bring water to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 mins. Remove your eggs and let cool.

Once they cool down it’s time for the fun part! The final step is unwrapping your eggs and polishing them with oil. It’s like you are unwrapping a gift! And here’s a nice little bonus: this year, you aren’t going to be left with food coloring on your fingers.

How often do you find yourself ordering on the run? With my work schedule and an unpaid job as a personal chauffeur to my teens I find myself in the drive-thru more often than I’d like, so l had to figure out some better choices. Here’s my latest edition of TASTY LOW CARB ORDERS- all from Taco Bell✅

First up is the cantina chicken bowl, my personal favorite! This guy went from 44 carbs down to 5 carbs. Here’s how I ordered it:

Next up we have the loaded beef nachos. These guys are usually 44 carbs but if you order ‘em this way, we’re talking around 10 carbs. The secret? Skip the chips! Here’s the order:

Here’s the beefy five-layer burrito without all of the carbs! We even left the beans and brought it down from 65 carbs down to 10 with this order hack: just no tortilla! Order it this way:

When I ordered the Nachos Bell Grande, I took off the chips and the beans. This one isn’t going to win any beauty pagents, but it tastes incredible! Keep in mind we took this puppy down from 80 carbs to 10… wow! Here’s the order:
