🤩 BROWNIE MIX HACKS: 1 BOX = 3 DESSERTS 🤯

If you had to pick one: cake, cookies or a decadent brownie, which one are you going for first? If you’re like me and they all sound good, these quick & easy brownie hacks are for you! You can make all 3 recipes below with just 1 brownie mix box- no mixers needed!

NOTE: I used Duncan Hines Brownie, but any 18 oz. size mix will work.

Best Brownies Ever
1 Brownie Mix
1 can 14 oz Sweetened Condensed milk
2 eggs
Instructions:
Mix everything together, pour into greased pan and bake at 400F for 20 mins. or until done.

Condensed milk is the secret ingredient here! Trust me when I say no one is going to believe these came from a box.

Brownie Cake
1 Brownie Mix
1 tsp Baking Powder
3 eggs
1/3 cup Melted Butter unsalted
1 tsp Vanilla Essence optional
1-2 Tbsp water, if needed
Instructions: Preheat the oven at 350F
Mix all ingredients together. Add a tbsp of water, one at a time, if needed. Pour in prepared pan, I line mine with parchment.
Bake 28-30 mins or until a skewer inserted in the centre comes out clean.

This is seriously one of the best, most decadent chocolate cakes I’ve ever had! A hack I use is double lining the pan and spinning while baking. This will give you an even bake throughout and no burnt bottoms!

Brownie Cookies
Ingredients
1 Brownie Mix
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
2 large eggs
5 tablespoons avocado oil
1 tablespoon water
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. In a large bowl combine all of the ingredients and mix well, the cookie dough will be sticky. Bake for 8 minutes, making sure to not over bake, as they can dry out quickly. Allow cookies to cool on pan for a couple of minutes before transferring to baking rack.
