LORAfied Mini Waffle Sausage Sticks
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 Tablespoons sugar
1 Tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
2 large eggs
1½ cups milk (any kind)
⅓ cup (2/3 stick) melted butter (cooled to room temperature)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Nonstick cooking spray or melted butter, for greasing
18 cooked sausage patties (pork, chicken, or plant-based), thawed if frozen
18 wooden coffee stir sticks
Melted butter and maple syrup, for dipping (in separate bowls or mixed together)

Thanksgiving Dressing Ingredients

4 cups dry cornbread cubes
4 cups dry sourdough bread cubes
1 tsp salt
2 Tbsp rubbed sage or 1 Tbsp of fresh
1/2 stick butter
2 cups chopped onion
2 cups chopped celery
4 cups chicken broth
4 eggs, beaten

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350F
Grease large baking dish
Combine bread cubes, salt and sage in large bowl and set aside.

• 2 boxes of Mac & Cheese WITH packets (any brand)
• 5 cups shredded cheddar cheese
• 3 1/2 cups of whole milk
• 2 beaten eggs
• 1 stick melted butter

Preheat Oven to 350F Toss shredded cheese with both packets of cheese powder Whisk together milk, eggs and butter Stir RAW macaroni pasta to the batter Fold or gently stir in coated cheese Pour into a greased 9×13 baking dish Bake 45 mins at 350F
