My Butter Swim Biscuit Hack!

🤩💛 BISCUIT HACK: BUTTER SWIM BISCUITS 🧈🏊‍♀️ 

Did you grow up eating biscuits? I sure did! All kinds: buttermilk, canned, rolled…you name it! And to this day, when a waiter asks if I’d like toast, a muffins or biscuit, my answer is always the same: BISCUITS 🤗
I cannot wait for you to make these! Truly the BEST and EASIEST biscuit have EVER! If you love biscuits but hate to bake, this biscuit hack is for you.

Butter Swim Biscuits
5 Ingredients + a lil’ salt 😉
2 1/2 cups Flour (all purpose)
4 tsp. Baking Powder
1 Tbsp. Sugar
2 tsp. Salt
2 cups Buttermilk or Regular milk (just make sure your milk is whole fat)
1 stick of butter, melted

Now, it’s time to make ’em! Zero cooking skills are needed- no yeast, no kneading, no rising, no nothing! Start by preheating your oven to 450F.  First, we mix! Mix all ingredients, except for the butter, adding milk last. Stir until combined, making sure to not over mix the batter!

Next up comes the fun part! Melt your butter and pour into an 8” x 8” pan.  Using a large spoon, drop the lumpy batter on top of the melted butter and spread. Cut into a 9 square grid pattern letting butter seep in between the cuts.

Finally, bake for 20 – 28 mins! Time will vary based on your oven (mine are done in 20)
