We’re going to make boiled eggs in your coffee pot! I know how crazy it sounds but this hack couldn’t be easier and you’re not going to heat up the house.

INSTRUCTIONS

Place eggs straight into the coffee pot. Brew as normal then let sit approximately 15 min for soft and up to 30 min for hard.

And there you have it, perfectly boiled!

Do you have a partially used can of tomato paste in your refrigerator? Growing up, it was a refrigerator staple found on the top shelf, all the way to the back, also known as the black hole. Here’s a way to reuse what you have leftover: Flavor Bombs! Grab an ice tray and follow me!

Tomato Paste Flavor Bombs

Take your can of leftover tomato paste and scoop out a tablespoon into each tray slot. Add a quarter tablespoon of garlic, a generous sprinkle of basil, give it a stir and pop it into the freezer!

You can add these flavor bombs to pasta, eggs, soup, rice, pretty much anything! Except for brownies…I don’t think I’d stick them in brownies.

Easy 3 Ingredient Taco Bell Meat Recipe

3 Ingredient Taco Bell Meat

Do you like Taco Bell? Honestly, if it was healthier for you, how great would that be? I think their Cool Ranch Dorito taco is amazing, but it’s something I can’t have often, so I decided to recreate it at home. Here’s my insanely easy, 3 ingredient Taco Bell meat recipe!

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

-1 lb. Lean ground meat (beef, chicken or turkey)
-1 small to medium onion (any kind), finely chopped
-1 pkg. taco seasoning (any brand)

DIRECTIONS:

Dump all 3 ingredients into a pan and cook over medium heat until the meat is throughly cooked. No draining, no straining! Make sure you do not follow the back of the seasoning packet.

3 Ingredient Taco Bell Meat

Toss it into a shell, add any toppings, seasoning and sauce you like (I use Taco Bell Mild Sauce) & enjoy!

The Best Beer Bread Made of Only 4 Ingredients

Are you a fan of the food that goes along with St. Patrick’s Day? It’s a hard sell around my house, except for this one! 4 ingredient Beer Bread. It’s SO easy, no kneading, no rising. Just dump, mix and bake with things you already have in your pantry. And don’t worry, doesn’t taste like beer at all, in fact, if you’re not a beer fan, or don’t have any on hand, you can substitute soda water!

WHAT YOU’LL NEED: 

3 Cups self-rising flour & 1 to 4 Tablespoons sugar (I use all 4)

3 Tablespoons melted butter, plus 1 T. for topping & 1 1/2 Cups beer OR soda water

Preheat oven to 375F. Mix everything together in a large bowl, it will be a little lumpy. Pour into greased loaf pan and bake for 45-50 minutes.

Seriously the best and easiest beer bread ever. Cool a bit before cutting & enjoy!

Are you team cake or team ice cream? With my super easy 2 ingredient ice cream cupcake hack you no longer need to choose! These are quick, delicious and the most moist cupcakes I’ve ever had!

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

-1 store bought cake mix (any flavor)
-1-2 pints of ice cream (any flavor)

Ice Cream Cupcakes - 2 ingredients

Add both to mixer and whisk until well combined and smooth. Start with one pint of ice cream and add more as needed until you reach cake batter consistency. Bake according to directions on cake mix.

If desired, decorate with your favorite frosting & enjoy!

Heavy Cream Hack That’ll Save You Money

Would you like to save money on a kitchen staple? Especially if it’s something you need, but don’t need that much of, like heavy cream? Here’s my easy, money saving hack to make your own!

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

 

2/3 cup whole milk
1/3 cup melted butter

OR

7/8 cup half-and-half
1/6 cup butter

Whisk well, until combined and it’s ready to use!

Pizza Bites But Make them Low Carb and Keto Friendly

Are you a snacker? If you’re tired of grabbing yet another protein bar or worried you might slip and open a bag of chips, this is for you! My easy low carb, keto-friendly, zero sugar pizza bites. These just might keep the kids out of the candy drawer, too. Best of all, only 3 ingredients!

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

 

-Shredded cheese (I use an Italian blend)
-Italian seasoning
-Small bag of pepperoni (I used Applegate Turkey Pepperoni)

DIRECTIONS:

In cupcake pan, place 1-2 T. Shredded cheese in each cup. Italian a seasoning to taste, I sprinkle it like I would to salt & pepper something. Place 1 pepperoni on top of each cup.

Bake at 375F for 10 mins.

They’ll be slightly browned and will have hardened a bit. Use a spatula to scoop out!

Aren’t they just mouth-watering? These pizza bites are guilt-free and a hit with my entire family!

Side note: if you’re feeling fancy, dip them into tomato sauce before taking a bite!

Omelet Hack to Get the Perfect Omelet Every Time

Can you flip an omelet? For years I’ve destroyed my eggs trying to flip them, I’ve never been able to master the art of the wrist flip. But those days are over, thanks to this game changing hack!

INGREDIENTS

 –2 eggs

– a dash of milk

-a dash of salt & pepper

Stir in a bowl then pour into your pan like normal. I use the GreenPan Ceramic Nonstick Frying Pan (completely toxin-free.)

Move it around just a bit, up until the point that you would normally try to flip it (but then have a disaster.)

Now, we’re going to use the LID! Grab your pan and slide eggs gently onto the lid. Then, take your pan and FLIP!

Didn’t I tell you it was easy?

And just like that, we have the perfect omelet!

How many baby wipes have you used in the past couple of years? I couldn’t even begin to count! But I can tell you how many times I’ve struggled to get just one wipe out of the package: EVERY time, until I discovered this super simple hack!

All you’re going to need is to grab your baby wipe package and a rubber band for this hack! Go ahead and put the rubber band around one side of the wipes.

Reach in to pull a baby wipe, as you normally would and watch the magic happen.

One wipe at a time, as easy as that!

Easy Biscuit Hack to Make 3-Ingredient Beignets

What day of the week is your cheat day? This past week, mine was on Tuesday: Mardi Gras! Here’s my quick and easy 3 ingredient beignet biscuit hack! Now let’s “Laissez les bons temps rouler” Let the good times roll!

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

1 can store bought biscuits
3 Tablespoons melted butter (I use organic)
1/2 Cup sugar

Cut biscuits into quarters, toss in melted butter and sugar.


Spread on parchment lined baking sheet.

 

Bake at 375F for 10-15 minutes, until lightly browned. Turn halfway through, dust with powdered sugar.
