LORAfied Cinnamon Blueberry Buckle
1 can cinnamon rolls, 5 count, large
8oz cream cheese
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
Preheat oven to 375F
Spray baking pan (I used a 9×9 dish)
Cut rolls into 6 pieces each
Spread on bottom of pan
Sprinkle blueberries on top
Whisk softened cream cheese & brown sugar together
Pour over rolls and blueberries, gently stir to incorporate
Bake approx. 35-45 minutes, depending on oven
Top with frosting packet while warm. Note: can be made with DF cream cheese!
