🍋💛 LEMON SCONE HACK only 2 INGREDIENTS 🤩

Lemon Scones:
Preheat oven to 350F
1 1/3 cups + 1 Tbsp self rising flour
2/3 cup lemon curd
Fold lemon curd into flour, leaving the mix lumpy
Pour onto floured board and press mixture into a ball, this will happen pretty quickly, make sure not to overwork the dough, we’re not kneading it, just making it combine until it holds together and you can form a thick disk shape.
