What’s the biggest chocolate bunny you’ve ever received at Easter? The average chocolate bunny weights around 1/3 a pound! So when I saw the 10 pounder called Pete at Costco, it stopped me in my bunny tracks 😂 Did I just blow my entire Easter decorating budget on this guy? Yes, I did 🤭 And I’d do it again, I don’t remember the last time a chocolate bunny has made me this happy 💕

LORAfied Mini Waffle Sausage Sticks
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 Tablespoons sugar
1 Tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
2 large eggs
1½ cups milk (any kind)
⅓ cup (2/3 stick) melted butter (cooled to room temperature)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Nonstick cooking spray or melted butter, for greasing
18 cooked sausage patties (pork, chicken, or plant-based), thawed if frozen
18 wooden coffee stir sticks
Melted butter and maple syrup, for dipping (in separate bowls or mixed together)
