Have you ever tried to bake several sides at the same time while struggling with several different temperatures? It’s honestly like a cruel game show, right? 😂 Luckily, there’s a simple solution that will have all your dishes hot and ready all at once 🥳

🤯♨️ OVEN HACK: 4 DISHES + 4 TEMPS + 1 OVEN ALL AT THE SAME TIME 🎉
–
–
Step 1: Add Up Your Oven Temperatures
Start by looking at the oven temperatures required for each of your dishes. For example, let’s say you’re preparing three dishes that call for 350°F, 375°F, and 400°F, add those temperatures together:
350 + 375 + 400 = 1,125°F
Step 2: Divide by the Number of Different Temperatures
Next, take your total and divide it by the number of different temperatures you’re working with.
In this example:
1,125 ÷ 3 = 375°F
That means you’ll set your oven to 375°F!

Here’s the important part: You’re dividing by the number of different temperatures, NOT the number of dishes! Even if you’re cooking four dishes, you would only divide by three if they require three different temperatures.
–
Step 3: Position Your Dishes Based on Temperature
Now it’s time to arrange everything in your oven!
Place the dishes that require the highest cooking temperatures closest to your oven’s heating element.
In my oven, the heating element is at the top, so that’s where I place my higher temperature dishes. Depending on your oven, your heating element may be at the bottom instead!

One Important Exception!
As helpful as this hack can be, there’s one thing you DON’T want to try it with: baked goods! ❌ Cakes, cookies, cinnamon rolls, and other baked treats need to be cooked at the specific temperatures called for in their recipes to get the best results.
–
NOTES:
✅ If you oven has a convection setting, use it! The heat will circulate more evenly
✅ Rotate dishes halfway through
✅ Higher temp items will take a longer, lower temp items will cook faster. The lucky dish with the correct temp will cook as normal

What item takes up the most room in your oven? Comment and LMK! Any oval shaped dish messes up my spacing 😅 Btw: Quilt is an acceptable answer here, too, just take it out before you turn your oven on 😉
