Are you team cake or team ice cream? With my super easy 2 ingredient ice cream cupcake hack you no longer need to choose! These are quick, delicious and the most moist cupcakes I’ve ever had!
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
-1 store bought cake mix (any flavor)
-1-2 pints of ice cream (any flavor)
Add both to mixer and whisk until well combined and smooth. Start with one pint of ice cream and add more as needed until you reach cake batter consistency. Bake according to directions on cake mix.
If desired, decorate with your favorite frosting & enjoy!
