Are you a snacker? If you’re tired of grabbing yet another protein bar or worried you might slip and open a bag of chips, this is for you! My easy low carb, keto-friendly, zero sugar pizza bites. These just might keep the kids out of the candy drawer, too. Best of all, only 3 ingredients!
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
-Shredded cheese (I use an Italian blend)
-Small bag of pepperoni (I used Applegate Turkey Pepperoni)
In cupcake pan, place 1-2 T. Shredded cheese in each cup. Italian a seasoning to taste, I sprinkle it like I would to salt & pepper something. Place 1 pepperoni on top of each cup.
Bake at 375F for 10 mins.
They’ll be slightly browned and will have hardened a bit. Use a spatula to scoop out!
Aren’t they just mouth-watering? These pizza bites are guilt-free and a hit with my entire family!
Side note: if you’re feeling fancy, dip them into tomato sauce before taking a bite!
