Try this low carb peanut butter cookie hack – it will taste like your childhood! How much did you love seeing that nostalgic criss-cross pattern on top when you were a kid? To this day, these are still my favorite. They taste just like you remember, you won’t believe it! You’re going to love them! Only 3 ingredients and so easy.
Keto/Low Carb Peanut Butter Cookie Hack
Ingredients:
1 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup sugar free powdered sugar (I use @lakanto )
1 egg
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375F and prepare baking sheet. Mix everything together. Scoop and roll into balls, a little smaller than a golf ball. Take a fork and make a criss-cross pattern on top.
Bake for around 10minutes, depending on your oven. Don’t over bake. Enjoy!
