My hubby Scooter spilled the beans on his tried and true burger grilling secrets!
1 pound of meat
1 TBS of seasoning, we use McCormick Montreal Steak Seasoning
Start with the pound of meat and added seasoning, make into equal patties and do that important thumbprint. The piece of ice in the middle keeps the burgers moist while they’re grilling! Worcestershire sauce does the same thing.
Note: ice cube only goes on once, on the raw side. Flip burger when ready, even if ice isn’t fully melted yet.
