Have You Heard This? 1 Mom = 4 Jobs!

👩‍🍳🧺 1 WOMAN = 4 JOBS??? 🚘🛒 ARE YOU DOING TOO MUCH?

I read this article the other day and I can’t stop thinking about it. Super sad…wife / mom passes away and husband hires FOUR people to replace her. I couldn’t believe it! A mom was doing the job of four people!

This article has really made me stop and think… are we all doing too much? Should we be asking for help more? And why do we feel guilty asking?

I’m awful about asking for help, worried it could make me look “less than” as a wife and mom. Worried that if I say “I need help with X, Y or Z” I won’t look competent. I realize how nutty this sounds, but I’m being completely candid, have you ever felt like this?
