Take a teaspoon of rice and pour it into the each baking pan slot. The rice is going to soak up the oil and keep your cupcakes moist on the bottom. Then, place the liners on top and filling inside. Note: you’ll want to use a generous teaspoon of rice for each holder. Use any regular uncooked dry white rice, other than instant.
