Trader Joe’s Low Carb Cookie Dough

Remember being a kid and trying to sneak cookie dough out of the bowl before it had a chance to hit the oven? Ah yes, back when eating raw eggs wasn’t alarming and our metabolism was so high it didn’t matter 😂 If you miss that guilt free feeling my EASY 6 INGREDIENT HACK is for you! And it all happens in 1 BOWL 🎉 NO COOKING, NO BAKING, NO ADDED SUGAR!

Here’s the best news, this is packed with SO MUCH PROTEIN it’s almost impossible to eat the entire bowl because it fills you up fast! And only about $2. for the entire recipe, cheaper than a protein bar or muffin 🥳


LORAfied Low Carb + High Protein Cookie Dough
1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
1 tbsp Almond Flour
10-15 drops Stevia
2 Tbsp. Peanut Butter
1/4 c Yogurt
1 Tbsp Chocolate Chips

Start by mixing your peanut butter and yogurt to create that cookie dough feel.

Next, add in the almond flour and your favorite vanilla protein powder to add that texture we are looking for. Finally, to add the sweetness without adding carbs, add a few drops of liquid stevia. Stir all together!

Now that we have this base, you can eat it just like this if you wanted, but I’m going to add in those chocolate chips. I’m a dark chocolate gal, and they also have the lowest carbs, so that’s what I went with, but any chips work here!

‘This ENTIRE bowl (which I’ve never been able to finish in one sitting) comes in at 15 carbs, which is equivalent to about 4-6 balls of regular cookie dough. It also has 36 grams of protein, and it will fill ya up fast!
