LORAfied Pumpkin Spice Ice Cream Pie
2 pints ice cream, I used butter pecan
1 cup pumpkin pie filling
1 ready made graham cracker pie crust
Place ice cream in refrigerator until softened.
Mix softened ice cream with pumpkin pie filling and pour into pie crust.
Cover and freeze until set, at least 4 hours or overnight.
Top with whipped topping and pumpkin pie spice, if desired.
Note: depending on the size of your pie crust, you may have extra filling left, just pour that back into the container, freeze and enjoy and extra treat!
