How to Make My 2 Ingredient Ice Cream Bread

ice cream breadWhen’s the last time you asked for a slice of ice cream? It sounds crazy, right? I’ll be the first to admit, this is a hard one to get your head around, but trust me, this is incredible! Here’s my secret to making ice cream bread using just 2 ingredients.

LORAfied Ice Cream Bread

1 pint or 2 cups ice cream (any flavor, I highly recommend birthday cake with sprinkles)
1 1/2 cups self-rising flour
Optional: 1/8 cup of add-ins, like sprinkles

Preheat oven to 350F
Mix together ice cream, flour and add-in, if using
Spread in prepared pan
Bake 30-40 minutes

NOTE: I have a super easy recipe for making your own self-rising flour here which can be made with GF flour as well. I topped mine with some buttercream frosting I had leftover 😉
