Introducing my pumpkin surprise Bundt cake! This is my version of The Great Pumpkin. There are so many things you can do with this cake…plain vanilla frosting for a white pumpkin would be pretty here, so many options! The best part? The cake only has four ingredients.

Today I’m sharing a crazy pound cake hack using simple ingredients you already have! This was the King’s favorite back in Tupelo Mississippi. It’s the king of pound cakes!

LORAfied Pound Cake Hack

Ingredient:
2 sticks (1 cup) butter, softened
3 cups sifted cake flour (sift before measuring)
3/4 teaspoon salt
3 cups sugar
7 large eggs (room temperature)
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 cup heavy cream

Directions:
*DO NOT PREHEAT OVEN*
1.) Using a mixer, whip butter and sugar together for 5-8 mins until creamy.

LORAfied Cake Pop Hack ??

Ingredients:
1 store bought frosted cake, any flavor
1 pkg chocolate chips of choice
2 Tbsp coconut oil
*Optional: Sprinkles of choice

Directions:
Drop entire cake into a large mixing bowl.
Using hand mixer, mix until the cake and frosting are fully combined, creating a play-doh like consistency.
Use an ice cream scoop to make uniform portions, dropping on to a parchment lined pan.

Here are some of my favorite quick and easy box cake mix tricks. These also work with GF mixes! Do any one of these things or a combo depending on what you’re trying to achieve:

Thicker & richer:

1 – 2 extra eggs (2 extra egg whites for white cake mixes)

Homemade taste:

Add 1 tsp. vanilla to pump up the flavor
and/or

Melted butter instead of oil

More moist:

Use milk instead of water
and/or
Add a small box of instant pudding

Tender:
