This easy, budget friendly spaghetti bake hack is only 4 ingredients! May sound strange, but this is a huge hit with the family!
LORAfied Low Carb Spaghetti Bake 🍝
Ingredients:
1 pkg shredded cabbage (8-10oz)
1 pkg ground meat (1lb)
1 jar pasta sauce (25oz)
1 pkg shredded mozzarella (6oz)
Directions:
Brown meat, season with Magic Seasoning
Add 2 tsp. of crushed garlic to meat, if desired
Spread entire bag of cabbage on bottom of 13×9 pan
Top with cooked meat
Pour entire jar of sauce over meat layer
Top with shredded cheese
Bake at 425F for 20 minutes

I made this two nights ago after coming out of a marathon 4-hour job interview. My plan was traditional baked spaghetti but my brain was too mushy to even think about assembling my regular recipe. I had my daughter brown the meat, I already had a bag of cabbage for a meal later in the week, and since I already had ricotta cheese, I just mixed the beef in with the ricotta and layered the rest as instructed. It was a huge hit, even with the girl, who does not really care for the texture of ground beef.
Also, I got the job. A truly successful day in my book!
