LORAfied Crispy Fish Taco Hack
1 1/2 pounds white fish of choice, I used Halibut
1 cup plain unsweetened yogurt, I used Kite Hill
1 Tbsp. Taco Seasoning
1 bag of tortilla chips of choice, I use Siete Nacho flavor
Preheat oven to 425F.
Place baking rack on top of cookie sheet.
Cut fish into strips, the size of chicken fingers.
Mix together the yogurt and taco seasoning, combine with fish.
Crush your bag of chips and pour in a dish.
Take a piece of coated fish, dip in chips and lay on baking rack.
Repeat until all fish is done.
Spray with avocado oil.
Bake for 10 minutes, flip, spray and bake another 5-10 minutes more. Cooking time will vary based on thickness of fish.
Serve with shredded cabbage, guacamole, mango salsa, tortillas and lime.
