Do you marinate your steaks, chicken or tofu before cooking? I have found I can make any piece of meat taste better when I do. Here’s a 3 ingredient magic marinade that works on almost anything!
Main marinade ingredients
1/4 Cup Soy Sauce (I use GF)
1/4 Cup Avocado Oil
2/3 Cup Balsamic Vinegar
1 tsp. Minced Garlic
1/4 Cup Worcestershire sauce
Place meat in a baggie. Salt and pepper well.
Mix 1/4 Cup Soy Sauce (I use GF), 1/4 Cup Avocado Oil & 2/3 Cup Balsamic Vinegar.
Pour and marinate in the refrigerator 1 – 4 hours, flipping halfway through. Can marinate longer, just not longer than 24 hours.
This seriously makes ANY meat you buy takes a lot better!
